The Details…
Agent and staff spotlights started just as a social campaign but grew into much more. Within a year, we’d taken the social content and transformed it into blog posts as well as snippets in our weekly newsletters (sent to all agents). These spotlights helped increase our email open rate, social engagement rate, and website visits!
The Details…
We began listing spotlights when we saw there was a segment missing in our social strategy, which was MORE HOMES! Each week, we selected one active listing and one pre-MLS listing to feature on our pages. The agents loved this! Eventually, it did get too hard to monitor the MLS system for listings and agents would get upset when we didn’t choose theirs, so we opted to go another route in 2024, which was to pin a post and share a story each week with a link to a landing page featuring all new listings within the company.
