The Details…
Celebrating success and milestones is very important to Kansas City Homes and we love to get together whenever we can!
The Marketing Department plays a huge role in not only generating ideas of and for events, but planning and implementing them as well.
From a happy hour to an awards celebration, I’ve helped do it all!
After the initial concept and purpose for an event is chosen, I get in contact with several venues I think might be good options and see if they might be a good fit before going on tours of different spaces. Beyond that, we determine our full budget and what our needs for the event are. Do we need catering? Floral? Entertainment? What kind of decor do we need? With the help of the rest of the team, I get in touch with vendors, start creating mood-boards for decor and space setup and then we begin putting the elements together and get ready for agents.

More Details…
The biggest event we do each year is our KCH Agent Celebration which is a huge awards event celebrating the success of our agents over the past year. Not only top producers, but others that have made a splash in the business as well. This event takes a lot of time and effort to plan, but it is always so much fun and well worth it.
Another semi-regular event we have is a happy hour called Paint KC Green - it was created as a way to get all of our offices together across the Kansas City area and support local businesses.
